Process & Shipping time

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes us 1 to 2 days to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are between 1 and 3 working days.

To keep you informed along the way we send shipping update e-mails. Please hit the 'Track & Trace' button in this e-mail to find out the status of your parcel. Create an account during check-out to get on overview of all your past order details.

Shipment damage

In case your package arrives damaged, please save the original packaging, take multiple pictures and reach out to us as soon as possible at info@mae-concept.be.

MAE concept is trying its best to inform you as much as possible about our products look, fit, feel and design. And we do hope that you love our product(s) as much as we do. However, if you would like to return one or more items from your order, then you can find all necessary info below.

Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it:

- unworn or unused

- with tags

- in its original packaging

We can't accept returned clothing that is loose in a box with no paper around it. Please note that the customer is responsible for returning the goods to us correctly.

How to return

To report your return and create a shipping return label, simply visit our return portal. You have now 14 days time to get the package back to us. Drop it off at one of the DPD service points in your area. Never send a package without reporting your return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, lingerie, bags and final sales. If these items are sent to us anyway, we are required to ship them back to you at the customer's expense.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (see conditions above), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please take into account that we subtract the return cost from the refundable amount (value of returned items). Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
